My Why.

Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

Quality over quantity. Regardless if your goal is to step on stage for a physique competition, to lose weight and improve your health markers or just get into the best shape of your life, I want to create the best experience for every client. Not only with our personalized coaching and attention to detail, but how I educate my clients through the process. Education is key for long term results and actually understanding the process. ‘Do this because I said so’ is not an appropriate or logical long term approach; and I am here to change that.

The Mission

Bridging the gap between where you are now, and the body you have always wanted. 

Creating daily habits and small manageable steps that both push us out of our comfort zone, but at the same time are things we can adhere to long term. I pride myself on being an educator. Beyond changing your thought process, we can change your body. Whether your goals are athletic or aesthetic, together we will come up with a long term plan that uses a scientific and flexible approach to dieting. Mindset, accountability and motivation are key.

Working with Sonia has been life-altering. For most of my life, I did not know how to be intentional with food. Sonia guided me through this motivating and exciting journey of not just weight loss but learning about nutrition. As a coach, Sonia meets you where you are, but doesn’t leave you there. Sonia's structure allows people to connect with her remotely, making it easy to have weekly check-in’s. Each week we evaluate my progress and set my macronutrients for the following week. During our check-ins, we discuss my learnings, any questions I have, and strategies to try. Between our weekly phone check-ins and using both apps (MyFitnessPal for food tracking and Trainerize for communications with Sonia) to track my progress, I feel surrounded by the tools I need to be successful. All in all, Sonia saw my potential before I did, and helped me realize it. I have lost 25lbs so far, and continue to make significant strides toward a more energized and confident self.
